address, or phone number, unless you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g., through support inquiries).
Our App utilizes the following third-party services that may collect information:
- Firebase Firestore: We use Firebase Firestore, a cloud-hosted NoSQL database provided
by Google, to store and sync data essential for the App's functionality. Firestore may collect instance
IDs to manage app instances. The data stored in Firestore by our App does not include directly
identifiable personal information unless explicitly stated otherwise within the App for a specific

- Google Analytics for Firebase: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how
users engage with our App. This service collects anonymous usage data, such as session duration, device

the App's performance and user experience. Google Analytics for Firebase may collect identifiers such as

Apart from the data collected by Firebase Firestore and Google Analytics as
described above, When? Berlin does not collect, store, or share any other user
data.
How We Use Information
The information collected through Firebase Firestore is used solely for the core functionality of
the App, such as saving your preferences or app-related data.
The anonymous data collected by Google Analytics for Firebase is used for analytical purposes to:
- Understand how our App is being used.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Enhance user experience and app performance.
We do not use this information to personally identify any individual user.
Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide the
services offered through Firebase Firestore and Google Analytics, or as required by law. Google, as the
provider of these services, has its own privacy policies governing its use of data.
Data Retention
Data collected by Firebase Firestore is retained as long as necessary for the App's functionality or
until you request its deletion if applicable and feasible. Data collected by Google Analytics for
Firebase is retained according to Google's data retention policies.

Since we do not directly collect personally identifiable information beyond what is processed by
Firebase and Google Analytics, your ability to access, update, or delete your information is primarily
governed by the functionalities of these third-party services and your device settings.
You can typically control certain data collection through your device settings, such as limiting ad

Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect the information collected through our App. However,
